Cosmetic Female Genital Surgery (Labiaplasty, Labia Reduction, Mons Pubis Reduction, Un-Hooding Of The Clitoris)

Cosmetic surgery of the female external genitalia can enhance a woman’s sexuality tremendously. It has been neglected and frequently overlooked because of conventional views on sexuality; however is becoming more popular as social acceptance of these cosmetic and reconstructive procedures continues toward mainstream. Some of the procedures offered at our clinic to rejuvenate the female genitalia are:

Labia Reduction (Labiaplasty)

Many women dislike the large protruding appearance of their labia. This may cause severe embarrassment with a sexual partner, and can also result in constant irritation in tight pants. This common anatomical problem may be congenital, or acquired after childbirth or aging. Surgical labial reduction can greatly improve the aesthetic appearance of the abnormally enlarged labis, and a woman’s self-esteem.

Un-hooding of the Clitoris

Some women have excessive skin over the clitoris. This can interfere with stimulation and cause decrease sensitivity. By removing this excess skin, the woman will have the benefit of enjoying greater and more intense stimulation often leading to more intense orgasms.

Reduction of the Mons Pubis

When a woman has excess fatty deposits in the mons pubis (hair bearing area of the lower abdomen), she lacks the feminine look especially when wearing pants. This can be corrected by liposuction or direct excision.

Elevating the aged Pubis

The mons pubis sags with the rest of the body due to aging and gravity, causing an unpleasant appearance. This can be corrected by elevating and tightening the mons, which is often combined with an abdominoplasty.

Filling or plumping out the shrunken or atrophied labia majora or minora by fat injection, or other fillers
